Delivering babies is our absolute love and passion. Ur journey from a “its positive” to the bundle of joy in arms is extremely memorable and we love walking you through it.
Each trimester is important, and we take care of it through our expertise. We believe in the moto of “TAKE HOME HEALTHY BABY”.
We provide optimal health for the mother so that we can achieve optimal mental alertness, IQ and physical growth of the baby.
We have a special programme where we mentor all our pre conception and pregnant patients. It comprises of talks for each trimester and a post delivery talk. It caters to all the do’s and don’t for optimizing fetal growth. We have a specialized pelvic floor strengthening programme that will help you in vaginal dilatation and its rehabilitation after delivery so that you don’t face any urinary or fecal incontinence in future.
You can check it the moment you miss your periods.
You will find 2 lines if you are pregnant. A faint line suggests that you are pregnant too. However, a negative test does not mean there is no pregnancy. You may repeat the tests after a few days again or do a blood test (beta HCG) which is more specific.
Ideally visit to a doctor should be about 3 months prior to becoming pregnant, as a pre-conception clinical examination and tests need to be carried out, to see the mothers fitness. However, in case you haven’t done that, as soon as your pregnancy test comes positive, please see the doctor.

YES, of course!! Hygiene is important in pregnancy, we do not want any sort of infections or infestations, so do wash your hair as regularly as you were doing before pregnancy.
