It is one of the commonest things we see in OPD. Every third patient in OPD is a PCO one. They usually come with weight gain, irregular periods, acne, excessive hair growth on the face and body, pigmentation of face and neck, underarm and private parts.
About its treatment
It is a lifestyle disorder, and needs to be tackled as you can only control it. Visit to a gynecologist is a must. Diet changes, regular exercise ( cardio and weight training) along with medicinal help can help you get pcos controlled.
